Sarah and Ivy, the teachers amongst the Kenyan trustees, set aside a day every term to observe the teachers, conduct performance reviews and encourage the staff. They have been pleased with the high standard of teaching and the increasing creativity that the teachers have shown. A very beneficial training workshop on professional conduct also took place over two days, equipping our staff to work with excellence whilst also being given practical tips on retaining a good work-life balance.
